Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All items. Pickups are available Subject to the availability of KB3D Staff members. Please request before purchase for pick up items. You can pick up items from KB3D on request. Please email eddy.kb3d@gmail.com
Shipping
Shipping is conducted through RoyalMail. Prices will be generated on checkout.
Due to the nature of how these items are made, a guaranteed delivery date is not possible. However, we aim to fulfil your order within 1 month of purchase. However you may contact KB3D at any time to enquire about the shipping times.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Prices will be generated on checkout.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries currently marked as dangerous by the UK Foreign office including Russia, Belarus etc.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14 day, no questions asked return from the date of arrival. If this date cannot be established, then it's 30 days from the date of shipping. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If the item is broken, there is a 1 year warranty which will cover most damages apart from deliberate damage, or the item being used improperly (e.g water damage). Any damaged items will be replaced with the same version/ newer, once we have received the broken item.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at eddy.kb3d@gmail.com to begin the process. We will provide the shipping information and any additional information
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange (This is normally faster). Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● "Reduced" items, "prototype" items cannot be returned for the reason specified in the description of said item (for example cosmetic damages etc). They can be returned for reasons not described in the description
